This service charges you to close your account. Fails to answer their customer service line and is very difficult to deal with. I made the mistake of getting their service. I will never again request prime pest control. Warning! Don't do business with Prime Pest.

The sales representative was a fast talker and wasn’t as clear as one would expect but we gave the lawn care a chance and signed up.  The first treatment did absolutely nothing to rid the grass of weeds.  Second treatment was also unsuccessful.  Third treatment, the tech over did it in a 2ft x 4ft area in the center of the lawn and killed the grass.  Thanks to the integrity of the tech, William, who tried to have corporate remedy the issue, but they danced around and we had to go through a middle person instead of a direct s... read more

I have ants all over my backyard and can’t get a hold of anyone for a respray. Total scam! I was told it was easy to schedule a respray and get a hold of customer service. Not the case at all.

FRAUD - LIARS - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF AND VERY DECEPTFUL ON THEIR SALES PRACTICES!!!!! I WAS APPROACHED BY THEIR SALESMANS WALKING THROUGH THE NEIGHBORHOOD WHEN WE WERE BUSY WORKING OUTSIDE.
