When we first had service they talked it way up and told on the bee hive removal and the weed control and everything else. The service was not up to par the bee hives still remained and zero weed control. Not only that when I mentioned moving in the future not once did the sales man tell me regardless if you move or not you have to still pay or pay the cancellation fees.
