I had a very bad experience with Prime Park & Storage. I cancelled my parking and clearly asked them to remove my credit card from their system, but they still charged me 2–3 times after that. I contacted them multiple times politely, but got no response or resolution. This kind of service is unacceptable and very frustrating. I would strongly advise others to be careful and avoid giving them your credit card details. Based on my experience, they are not reliable or trustworthy when it comes to billing.
