My daughter and I enjoy getting her stylish pink braces with the amazing help of Jade! She made us very comfortable to ask questions and she had no problem explaining the process. Tiffany I believe the receptionist at the front always greets us and makes it feel like home when we arrive and depart. We definitely enjoy our experience with Prime Orthodontics Williamsburg. My children have been coming here for more than a year. Everyone is so pleasant and very helpful. They take time to explain everything in detail to the children so they’re not scared or worried. They’re very accommodating with appointments as well. We’re very pleased with their service. I love how the staff makes your child a part of the braces process by allowing children to give their opinion on things. Only rated 1 because all staff was friendly except one of the front desk. She’s very rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Not a pleasant look for the company.
