Prime One is hands down the BEST!!! Having some issues with our upstairs unit.. called today and they came right out. Tony is professional, knowledgeable and always fixes the issue. We will always use Prime One Mechanical!!!!
Technician was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant.
My AC died on the hottest days of the summer. The temp in the house was 86 F. Miserable. Prime One Mechanical came out the next morning, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I am so grateful for their speedy response and expertise.
Arrived on time and performed needed service. Tony and John did an excellent job of making our A/C work better.
Tony was great! He explained the problem and implemented the solution effectively! Did a great job of explaining how to keep the new addition to the HVAC in good repair.
