I regret to say that my experience with Prime One Trucking Company has been extremely disappointing.This company only cares about money the company consistently fails to follow DOT regulations and requirements, which is both concerning and unacceptable. Hey drivers understand this.. If you want to get scammed for your hard earned money this is the perfect company to join. They do not keep their word and will say anything/everything to keep you rolling. If you want to save yourself from the head ache just find another company. I wasted over 2 years with this company, constant arguing and debating every week once stubs came. The icing on the cake is the HORRIBLE dispatching. They will not let team drivers run over 4000 miles just to keep checks low and will complain everyday ... read more

I visited the website because I had a complaint about some drivers. The website has an info email address. I sent my complaint there. I also used their FB DM to mention the same complaint. Got a great response from Prime One and I'm certain they are on top of it. Nice to find a responsive company.

Can’t fault a company for a driver does but considering this was a female, I expected better, throwing food out of her window at the truck stop, drivers have bad reputation enough without her adding to it, she’s used it probably throws it out on the highway and everywhere else she goes
