I absolutely love this gym! The equipment is top-notch, and there are classes for every skill level. The vibe here is really motivating, and I've seen great results since I joined!
Prime Omega Fitness has been awesome. Keith and Dalton are both great trainers. They’ve really helped me clean up my lifting form and actually understand why I’m doing certain movements, not just follow a program blindly. They push you to work hard and improve, but it never feels over the top or intimidating. It’s a really solid balance of accountability and support. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to get stronger and train smarter.
Keith and Caitlin are truly incredible trainers, and wonderful people to boot. Keith was a strength coach at Princeton university and is a top of the line expert on the body, movement, and strength. Caitlin is especially wonderful with mothers and does great prenatal and postpartum work. And she’s an example herself of transforming your body into a pillar of fitness and strength.
