As of this review I’m in my late 50’s - Melissa trained me for at least 6 years and I gotta tell you, she is the bomb! If you want a solid coach to guide you in the world of fitness and nutrition, you can not get a better coach than Melissa! Some benefits of Melissa’s training - because of fitness, nutrition and Melissa’s coaching, I am abnormal. My doctor is amazed that I do not need medications to maintain my health and wellness. Melissa and Jasper are the best coaches and trainers I’ve ever worked with! Melissa guided me through my entire pregnancy helping me stay active and make appropriate modifications to the workouts, and then she helped me ease back into CrossFit when I was ready to return. She’s so knowledgeable and a great teacher! I wish I still lived in Lubbock so I could check out their new space!
