Thought I had a nail in my tire, turns out my rim was cracked. Claude diagnosed it, and did a temporary sealed it for me free of charge. They were polite and that’s all I could ask for.
Needed a tire patch and it cost $30. Was back on the road in 30ish minutes on Easter Sunday.
