Dr Tan is great and actually put in effort. Unlike some Dr's who seem to glance over. Not Dr Tan though. He has helped me immensely in regards to chronic ongoing headaches.
Save yourself the trouble and head elsewhere, I have requested on numerous occasions over the past 3 months for an initial diagnosis that Dr. Tan made for my mother to be sent to me and to date nothing. It really shouldn't be this hard to do something so basic, appears once they get paid their job is done.

Dr Tan is the best doctor I’ve ever seen, he’s so kind, and I feel so listened too which sadly can be so hard to find. He uncovered issues I didn’t even realise were occurring, totally life changing! Highly recommend him to anyone I know suffering from neurological issues.
Dr Swee Teng Tan was OK. I saw him back in 2023 and only saw him once. The bad review is for the lady on reception. She was very rude and when I was in Emergency and needed some info from my only visit she wasn't going to help unless we paid money first. I ended having two brain operations. This would have to be my worst experience for any customer service.
