Dr Tan is the best doctor I’ve ever seen, he’s so kind, and I feel so listened too which sadly can be so hard to find. He uncovered issues I didn’t even realise were occurring, totally life changing! Highly recommend him to anyone I know suffering from neurological issues.
Dr Swee Teng Tan was OK. I saw him back in 2023 and only saw him once. The bad review is for the lady on reception. She was very rude and when I was in Emergency and needed some info from my only visit she wasn't going to help unless we paid money first. I ended having two brain operations. This would have to be my worst experience for any customer service.
Dr Swee Teng Tan is a very professional doctor and is very detailed and thorough in investigating and treating patients, for example, he will ask for tests and mri, and will take every patient’s concern seriously and investigate very carefully and thoroughly. He is very responsible and knowledgeable and above all a capable specialist who actually knows what he’s doing! He’s also empathetic and kind. Husband visited Dr Swee Tan in May 2023. In September 2023 we visited the specialist who referred us to Dr Tan. He informed us that Dr Tan had not forwarded results to him. So I went home and rang Dr Tans receptionist. Her answer as to why 5 months later the results from husbands brain scan had not been forwarded...her answer ..."Dr Tan is very behind in his paperwork"! OMG totally negligent and unacceptable! Imagine if my husbands condition was life threatening!! Totally unprofessional and a law suit waiting to happen.
Dr Tan and his lovely receptionist are both very helpful. Ellie the receptionist manages and handles all correspondence quickly, efficiently & makes managing chronic pain and neurological issues seamless. Dr Tan is extremely knowledgeable and able to explain complicated issues in layman terms for those of us who don’t have a great medical understanding.
