nothing but positives with these guys!! Got my 2019 WRX used on Jan 2, 2026, brought it to them to look it over and let me know any mods or tuned, they did just that. I went stage 1 with them, had them do all the installs, carbon scraped the car, installed upgraded intercooler/charge pipe, boost solenoid (car had a cai and exhaust, no tune). Came into the shop with idling issues and poor driveability. Team was easy to work with and always very prompt to respond to emails - and professional speaking on the phone. Turnaround time was great and they were more than happy to work around my schedule regarding drop-off and pick up. If in the tri-state area I cannot recommended a better, more professional shop to bring your vehicle to the Prime.
Hands down the best Subaru shop in the REGION! They are honest, upfront and will guide you the best way to reach your goals. Whether it's stock maintenance, or high hp numbers, or something in between, they are the go to place. Highly recommend.
