Came into the shop with idling issues and poor driveability. Team was easy to work with and always very prompt to respond to emails - and professional speaking on the phone. Turnaround time was great and they were more than happy to work around my schedule regarding drop-off and pick up. If in the tri-state area I cannot recommended a better, more professional shop to bring your vehicle to the Prime.
Hands down the best Subaru shop in the REGION! They are honest, upfront and will guide you the best way to reach your goals. Whether it's stock maintenance, or high hp numbers, or something in between, they are the go to place. Highly recommend.

Prime has been working on all my Subaru's for the last few years. From my previous 2016 WRX to my current 2018 STI. I cannot stress how amazing these guys are to work with. From building my motor to tuning both my cars multiple times. I trust them fully with working on my vehicle. If you have any hesitation about bringing your Subaru to a shop this is your sign to give them a shot at proving you wrong.
