If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a grille light bar kit, and within a few weeks the one like wasn’t working. I had to send multiple texts to get ahold of anyone, which was then told I need to buy a new one. We ended up settling on a price, and I paid to get a new light. It was used and was not even the same color. 2 weeks go by and it went half way out, and is now completely out. No response. Called the number which said to text, and have been texting for weeks. Great place, has some of the coolest looking trucks in Texas ,got mine with decent mileage and a good price. The process of buying was simple and there was no pressure from the salesman. Had a good time buying from Prime Motor!
