Zach is great and really knows his stuff! I can't tell you how invaluable it is to have someone as knowledgeable as Zach and his team to advise you in how best to handle your financing options. They are always great about looking out for your best interests! And it really means a lot to be able to come sit down with them and meet face to face.

As a tax professional, I can vouch for Prime Mortgage Lending as a go-to place for people contemplating purchasing a home. Especially those first time homebuyers - these are the folks that will put you in the NC Housing Credit where you recoup 30% of your mortgage interest either through your paycheck or when filing your Federal returns. There are only a few banks/mortgage lenders that even know about this credit!
