Buying a lawnmower is stressful. Buying a house, on the other hand, is 50x more stressful but Caroline made this process so seamless. She must have been waiting for my calls because every time I called, she answered the phone and was ready to help! If I purchase another property in the future, I'm going to Caroline!
After talking with several lenders, we met with Caroline. We hadn't scheduled an appointment, but she cleared her schedule so that she could meet with my husband and I. She gave us a realistic idea of what we were in for and had a great attitude. Once we got the ball rolling with Caroline everything went smoothly and very fast! She was a pleasure to work with and if we're ever in the market again, we'll go through Caroline and Prime.
