We went to Prime Mortgage for our first home purchase. It started out fine, but our rep was very misleading on alot of the information. She could never get her story straight, would say one thing and then two days later come back with something different. Telling us one amount to come to closing with and then needed another amount. Said we were all done, then two days later calls and needs yet more paperwork. VERY frustrating. I would not recomment going with Prime unless you are ready for a long roller coaster ride.
