Absolutely professional . Calm and knows he's stuff . Just started back training after a long time away . Recommend the classes and the one to sessions . Great teacher
Prime MMA Gym was a fantastic place to train at, the head coach Sammy is an excellent teacher, as well as the other coaches, they are very friendly and go out of their way to help with explaining drills and techniques. The atmosphere in the gym was fantastic as well, all of the people there are great to train with. I would strongly recommend going to this MMA gym if you want an amazing combat training experience!
