Very pleased with this bank so far ( 7 months only ), the staff at the Lakeland branch is very nice and friendly, April , Mel , Selena , Melissa , always greet you with a smile. The lunch they had for their customers on April 23rd was much appreciated. I highly recommend this branch .
Switching from Bank of America after 10+ years to Prime Meridian Bank was hands down the best move. Everything is so much easier, and actually being able to talk to a real person makes a huge difference. But the real stars? Angela, April, and Mel—absolute rockstars who go above and beyond every time. Can’t say enough good things about them!
