Negative first experience with this provider not being clear about services/claims and it was impossible to discuss with someone on the phone. I do not recommend this provider.

When I arrived, the young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I was a little early but was taken for my test immediately. The technician was knowledgeable and professional, explaining everything. I highly recommend this imaging center

Staff doesn't explain how to access your own MRIs for future reference — and I assume this applies to other scans too. They might hand you a CD, but it's outdated and not user-friendly (even for someone like me who likes PCs). NOTE: I’m not the only one who’s pointed this out — other Google reviews mention the same issue.

I’ve gone to Prime twice, and overall am not impressed. My second visit was awful; I will only use them again in an extreme case. I made an appointment for an MRI, and during the call I was asked if I have any implants. When I said yes, they asked if I had a card with the serial number, I said no. Then, on the day of the appointment, about 2 hours before my scheduled time, someone from the office called to ask about the card to which I said I do not have. I thought it was just me, until I read the other reviews today. There is a major flaw in their business practices. They have rescheduled, cancelled, been rude, etc. From the front desk to the techs performing the imaging. This place used to be so good and the techs they used to have were awesome. The front desk staff had appropriate behavior. It is now horrible and the much of the staff is completely out of order. Avoid this place.
