With the exception of the doctor, the staff, nurses included consistantly treated my daughter in a very disrepectful manner; I wanted to leave but my daughter liked the doctor so we stayed. I called the practice manager TWICE to report the issues, nothing changed. Today, we were informed while trying to schedule an appt. that Dr. McAdle left the practice, no email or letter regarding the doctors departure. Dr.Kus is terrific. Reviews tests and exam results with patient. Answers questions and follows up. Office staff are great. Very helpful and friendly.
Went for an annual, referred by a new provider. Ascension is a Catholic health ministry, which I was not aware of until my exam, when I was asking a question about my IUD. At that point, I was informed that Ascension “does not provide IUD insertion” because of “conflicts with that form of birth control.” They attempted to assure me that they don’t take issue with birth control, but they .. don’t provide or assist with the most effective form of it available to women?
