Prime is awful! You can’t ever get ahold of a doctor or a nurse. Then to get bloodwork is ridiculous. Leaving this place is the best decision

you can't get a hold of anybody. I love Dr Jay but it seems like an all day task having to get on the phone with this clinic
I'd leave 0 stars if I could. I'm trying to obtain my patient records and there is no one that seems to know how to do this. This is a basic request; each person I talk to sends me to another phone number.
The new management is terrible. All the doctors are leaving this month because of how bad it is. I could never get a phone call in. Dr. Jayesinghe was great though. I always felt seen and cared for by her. All the doctors are leaving this location because of how bad management had gotten.
