I find it ridiculous that the phones have been broken for months if not a year at this point. This is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating to me, and others. I require ADHD meds for college which is 5 hours away, with the phones and mychart both not working I quite literally cannot get a new prescription unless i wanted to drive 5 hours home in order to walk in. It’s about to be almost a year and this establishment has combined my sister, mychart with mine. I no longer see this doctor and It’s been about two years now. I now have to contact U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Office for Civil Rights in this matter. They’re taking my situation not so serious and it has been going on for years now. I have documented everything and will now have to take matters into my hand. DO NOT GO HERE. They’re very unprofessional!

If I could give 0 stars for Prime I would. Prime is absolutely terrible! Can't get ahold of my doctor. Phones lines are not working half the time. They took over and still don't even have a functioning myChart app. Can't communicate with my doctor, can't see my labs, can't make an appointment. Nothing through the app! Dr. Javed and her staff are amazing. And it's sad because I myself am looking for another doctor, as are other people, solely because of how terrible Prime is.
