I absolutely adore Rachelle and the one front desk receptionist is always kind and personable. However the MA’s or LPN who respond to messages and in person can’t be bothered to care about your health. There have been times they claim they’re waiting on insurance so I call them and am told and shown that it was sent to the office prior about denials, etc. constantly giving me the run around or too many hands in the pot at the office instead of updating me so that I can address my health concerns. The Doctor I have through here is really nice, but the front desk staff who answer the phones are EXTREMELY rude. I shouldn’t have to deal with ignorance when simply calling in about a question I have. It makes me want to switch offices and go through somewhere else.
Says they open at 900 is a lie had an appointment for 800 got there 20 mins late they cancelled my appointment first time here time needs fixed
Everybody at the office is the appsoulutly the best,,,and dr. Casile is absolutely the best PCP ,,,He worked after hours to find out i needed emergency surgery.!!!! This practice is the best and most thorough is any out there !!!! If you get in ,,,feel lucky cause they are the BEST
