Everybody at the office is the appsoulutly the best,,,and dr. Casile is absolutely the best PCP ,,,He worked after hours to find out i needed emergency surgery.!!!! This practice is the best and most thorough is any out there !!!! If you get in ,,,feel lucky cause they are the BEST

I just had the rudest lady ever answer the phone there when trying to book an appointment. I asked to book an appointment for possible pneumonia. She said well what do you want some cough medicine? I said no I might need antibiotics. She says well we don’t just give those out over the phone. I said I’m aware I’m trying to make an appointment. Just called the office and the receptionist was VERY RUDE. She told me I wasn't sick enough to stay home for work after reading my blood work results. I don't think it's legal for a receptionist to make decisions about my health care. All I wanted was to leave a message for my Dr.

Who am I ? besides having insurance out the wazoo? I'm a self employed person. 68 I haven't reported to 'the man' since I decided not to. Been all over the World! I have been sick Everywhere! Did not speak the Languange! Fast Excellent Care every single time. Always in 'slum' locations. Third World. I like to work but I never worked for nothing.
