Very poor customer service. Difficult to get appointments. Limited hours on Wednesdays. They do not get back to you in a timely manner, if at all without you calling to check on the status of referrals etc. They will NOT work with you regarding insurance issues and they are horrible at filling out insurance forms and referral requests. I had to have them submit requests MULTIPLE times. Their staff is extremely unprofessional and nasty even. I was hung up on when I was trying to resolve a billing issue. I would NOT recommend.
