I took my daughter in because she had a terrible cough which we suspected was bronchitis or chest infection. Dr Chaitra Shetty asked a few questions and listened to her lungs for 10 seconds and said nothing wrong just a cold. We were in there for no more than 2 minutes. My daughters cough continued to worsen so we took to a different Dr who said she had bad bronchitis and gave her the highest dose of antibiotics available. Absolutely shocking.
Very helpful and anf easy access to the practice
The doctors in the clinic are awesome especially Dr Nay. Always very accomodating our request and very good. Reception team is also very good… 5 star for them.. However the nurse for vaccination in the clinic today was pathetic. She was late to the clinic today and i had to wait 30 mins.. she was taking her own sweet time even after arriving the clinic and reception had to chase her for seeing us.. She never offer a Sorry for being late.. very bad attitude… zero rating for her…
Had the pathology lab tested for bacteria infection in May25. Paid for it. Dr said if there is a problem he will contact me or else everything is fine. Now I wish to hv a copy of the pathology report for my own record. The reception insisted I must see the Dr in order to get a copy. Written to the admin and also said the same thing and hv to pay for consultation fee of $80 unless I can get it from pathology lab which I did and they faxed it to the clinic. Dr. Nay latt is an amazing doctor. Very kind, polite and friendly. Always go above and beyond to care for the patients.
