Have been going to prime since it was kmg and have usually had a good experience. But ever since they changed to non bulk billing it's really gone down. The doctors are still good but the reception staff need a bit more training. Today I rang to see if dr nay could see my husband as he had surgery last week and have had silverchain coming to our house. I went to see Dr Nay Latt for work related checkups. As I entered the clinic, I noticed that one of the receptionist lady staff aren’t friendly at all. She ( the funny looking make up ) had really bad manners. She had this cold and mean face as I told her who I was. She couldn’t be bothered to look up my details on the computer rather staring at me looking confused. I had to wait at least 30 minutes just to see him.
