Terrible front office. I was in a car accident and all hurt. Called their office at 9 am and it went to voicemail and all I asked was to let me know if they can see me or if I should go to ER and told them it was urgent as I am in pain. At 11 nobody has called me back. I go in and there are 2 receptionists free and nobody waiting in the office. I ask why nobody called me back. No apologies or accountability but they argue with me that it should not have gone to voice mail as they open at 8. I had to show them the call record... read more
3 stars is generous as he does not willingly treat disabling conditions (ADHD etc) w/ scheduled meds. And pain meds are right out. He means well but… He will instruct you to shop around 4 other docs/shrinks for prescriptions, which nowadays is the WORST because they’re all scared of the DEA raiding them simply for prescribing, or they’ve drank the CDC / DEA kool-aid claiming that people w/ chronic pain / ADHD / scheduled med-needing conditions are all “addicts,” etc. Anyways, if you have complex issues outside of say high bl... read more
This is just front desk. I had a first appointment for me and my husband in May.my husband was seen but i cancelled mine before the appointment date. Now august, i called to schedule an appointment and i was told we don't take new patients. I asked if i get considered new bc i had an appointment which i canceled. The first receptionist put me on hold and another lady picked up and said you didn't show up May so we don't see new pt. I said i canceled not "No Show" .It is weird that she really said that.
