They defrauded us by charging out of network specialist copay instead of the in network specialist copay and tried to lie about it, saying they were a level 3 tier specialist. Got the difference back but trust is gone. Wonder how many others they've done this to?
Honestly TERRIBLE front desk/receptionist services. Called from a specialists office requesting patient information due to one of their primary care patients requesting to book visit with one of our specialists. We have no medical record (CHART) for the patient in our system as we aren't in the same part of the state as their office. This person on the phone COULD NOT understand anything we were asking for. Such as a referral, or demographic information so we can create a chart for their patient in order to schedule the visi... read more
