Honestly TERRIBLE front desk/receptionist services. Called from a specialists office requesting patient information due to one of their primary care patients requesting to book visit with one of our specialists. We have no medical record (CHART) for the patient in our system as we aren't in the same part of the state as their office. This person on the phone COULD NOT understand anything we were asking for. I was given an appt by Ellen to followup on my MRI results. I went to appointment and was told I did have an one when I had the card in my hand. I was told Ellen didn't write if down in the schedule book and she was working virtual so I has to reschedule appt. I like to add that the appt was during my lunch schedule. 2nd visit: wasn't with Ellen, somebody that was unable to get MRI on screen so she went to find out why.
