I was given an appt by Ellen to followup on my MRI results. I went to appointment and was told I did have an one when I had the card in my hand. I was told Ellen didn't write if down in the schedule book and she was working virtual so I has to reschedule appt. I like to add that the appt was during my lunch schedule. 2nd visit: wasn't with Ellen, somebody that was unable to get MRI on screen so she went to find out why.
