We are changing our wood fireplace to a propane gas fireplace. John came out to inspect the chimney prior to installing a new gas fireplace insert. He was extremely thorough and professional with pictures and explaining repairs that are needed.

Alex the technician arrived on time, completed a careful inspection, and explained the condition of our chimney in a way that was easy to understand. The chimney cleaning was completed thoroughly, and the work area was left spotless. We appreciated the honest communication, professional service, and attention to every detail throughout the appointment.

I scheduled an appointment for 12/15. The technician was a no call no show. I called multiple times to check in and finally was told that the technician had gotten in a car accident and wasn’t able to come. I rescheduled for 12/22 and the tech was a no call no show again. I called to figure out what was going on and they said that they had another job that they were working on and wanted to reschedule. I did not reschedule and will never call Prime again.
