Outstanding work on our fireplace! This company came out for a routine inspection and found some cracks. Mike handled the necessary chimney cleaning and repair service quickly. It is a relief knowing everything is safe to use again. I highly recommend their team for any fireplace work.
They delivered excellent mold removal and mold remediation services. Their mold cleaning team worked carefully around insulation and structural beams. During the visit, Marcus Rivera outlined a prevention strategy and recommended dryer vent cleaning to reduce humidity. They also completed dryer vent inspection and dryer vent repair. Everything felt organized and professional. Highly recommended.
I scheduled an appointment for 12/15. The technician was a no call no show. I called multiple times to check in and finally was told that the technician had gotten in a car accident and wasn’t able to come. I rescheduled for 12/22 and the tech was a no call no show again. I called to figure out what was going on and they said that they had another job that they were working on and wanted to reschedule. I did not reschedule and will never call Prime again.
