The staff is great! The Dr is great! She is attentive and pays attention to your health. She literally saved my life. She knew I was not ok and sent me straight to the hospital. It was a rough and scary hospitalization. Fortunately I am doing well. We are the 2nd generation of our family she has cared for. We are grateful to be under her care.
Dr. Javvaji and her staff are absolutely incredible! Little to no waiting, I never feel rushed during my appointments and my questions are always addressed/documented. I have been a patient of Dr. Divya Javvaji for past 3 years, and I can confidently say that the care I’ve received has been consistently outstanding. When I first started seeing Dr. Javvaji, my A1C was over 9.5 and cholesterol levels were dangerously high. Thanks to her expert guidance, consistent monitoring and supportive approach, both numbers have significantly improved. At first we appreciated the work of Dr. Jivaaji, however the front office staff will spin your head around. They seem disinterested, disingenuous, and fail to answer their phone when it rings. We called to cancel an appointment and nobody felt the need to answer. Finally, we left a detailed message that we'd be rescheduling an upcoming appointment and to cancel. Think they got it? My experience with Dr Javvaji has been nothing but great. She has always answered all of my questions and concerns during my visits. I have never felt rushed during any appointments. She is friendly, down to earth , professional and can be very humorous. I have been very pleased with all of my visits.
