Dr. Javvaji is an excellent doctor who spends time discussing my medical concerns. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and I highly recommend her. Best decision I have ever made with finding Dr. Javvaji; she cares for her patients and it shows. You will love her staff too.
I have been seeing Dr. Javvaji as my PCP for years. She came to help residents at the memory care community for which I previously worked. She was so personable, communicative, and caring with each of them that I decided to switch to her as my primary care physician. I recently visited Prime MD and, unfortunately. The administrative staff seemed uninterested in helping patients, which only added to my frustration. However, I must mention that Nadelya, one of the medical assistants, was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing visit. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. I chose Prime MD Plus because Dr. Divya Javvaji is a geriatric specialist. She provides excellent & attention to detail care to each patient in a personal way. Nadelya Kinnon, Office Manager, performs many duties & does each one individualized for the patient's needs. She is friendly, knowledgeable & does a great job no matter the task.
The employees were extremely rude and refused to give me a work excuse for work. When I had an appoiment at 9:30am, and had to miss work in the morning. One of the employees said I shouldn't have missed work if I had a virtual appointment. Would not be going back to this office and would not recommend people going to this office save yourself the headache.
