Very easy to make an appointment. Jada at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. I had filled out my forms ahead of time and that sped up the process. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Javvaji spent time to get to know me and understand my needs. I am glad that I chose her to be my primary care doctor.
I am a professional in the healthcare industry and have known Dr. Javvaji and her staff for a while. Dr. J is an amazing physician who really takes the time to treat each patient as an individual and responds to their unique needs with love an affection. What I really like about Dr. Javvaji is that I can share any of my concerns like a friend. She listens carefully and you can feel that she wants to do the best for you. Dr. Divya is very patient with her patients, says my wife who also consults her. Her knowledge of subject matters that we bring up is top class which shows that she is keeping up with latest developments. We as a family feel really blessed to have Dr.Divya as our primary doctor.
The staff is great! The Dr is great! She is attentive and pays attention to your health. She literally saved my life. She knew I was not ok and sent me straight to the hospital. It was a rough and scary hospitalization. Fortunately I am doing well. We are the 2nd generation of our family she has cared for. We are grateful to be under her care.
Nadelya was so very helpful in navigating a complicated and time-sensitive problem I was having with a medical supply company. Her updates and communication with me was, of course, professional but also went far and above the decaying norm sadly seen in other physicians’ practices.
