I am a professional in the healthcare industry and have known Dr. Javvaji and her staff for a while. Dr. J is an amazing physician who really takes the time to treat each patient as an individual and responds to their unique needs with love an affection. The staff is great! The Dr is great! She is attentive and pays attention to your health. She literally saved my life. She knew I was not ok and sent me straight to the hospital. It was a rough and scary hospitalization. Fortunately I am doing well. We are the 2nd generation of our family she has cared for. We are grateful to be under her care.
Dr. Javvaji and her staff are absolutely incredible! Little to no waiting, I never feel rushed during my appointments and my questions are always addressed/documented. At first we appreciated the work of Dr. Jivaaji, however the front office staff will spin your head around. They seem disinterested, disingenuous, and fail to answer their phone when it rings. We called to cancel an appointment and nobody felt the need to answer. Finally, we left a detailed message that we'd be rescheduling an upcoming appointment and to cancel. Think they got it?
