I would give 0 star. This place does not even deserve 1 star. Dirty and filthy rooms. Very rude staff and shockingly bad customer service. The worst massage shop in Parramatta. Avoid the shop at all costs.
Bad Experience – Not Recommended! The management and service at this massage shop are extremely poor. The white bed sheets had an unpleasant smell and visible stains, making the hygiene questionable. The front desk staff was unprofessional, constantly asking for payment, even interrupting during the massage session. I would give 0 star actually. This place does not even deserve 1 star. Poorly managed, very rude staff and shockingly bad customer service. I have been to many remedial massage salons and this is by far the worst one. Avoid this place as there are so many better ones in Westfield. 态度恶劣，服务极差，千万不要去这家按摩店
Possibly the worst massage I’ve ever had. The area in the back is dirty, they hung up wet towels over the massage bed, and I also received a damp towel to put on. The masseuse was having a chat with the other lady in other room while giving me a massage. And no ambient music or anything in the background. Was not relaxing at all. Very unprofessional.
I’m editing my review ‘coz my experience here in Prime Massage Parramatta is totally a hit & miss. I had some few good massages from them in the past, but lately, the masseus were consecutively terrible. I don’t know but seems like some of their masseus don’t know what they’re doing or they’re just too lazy. The last one that I experienced that made me decided not to come back anymore was supposedly a 45 mins foot massage but she was rushing so bad and only did it for roughly 20 mins.
