Had a great experience! We were quite picky so needed to schedule multiple different days to tour places. They were always patient with us and thoroughly listened to our feedback. Eventually, we found a place we're really excited about. Special shout out to Jasmine who was incredibly helpful!!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this realtor. We scheduled a viewing, and I made arrangements to accommodate the appointment. However, they canceled at the last minute without any explanation and then blocked me, leaving no way to communicate or reschedule. This is unprofessional and disrespectful to potential clients’ time and efforts. I wouldn’t recommend this realtor to anyone seeking reliable service.
As a long time tenant in a Fifth Avenue building I needed to renew our lease. Our landlord would not negotiate an acceptable affordable rent for the renewal. I conatacted Jonathan Anapol at Prime Manhattan Realty, he was able to compare the market office options and negotiate with our current landlord to achieve a significant lower rent than we were able to achieve on our own. I reached out to prime Manhattan realty to express my interest in joining their company after completing my real estate course. I had a conversation with Jonathan, who displayed rudeness by quickly dismissing me and mentioning his ongoing call. It is worth noting that professionalism should not be compromised, especially by someone in a higher position within the company. Working for a company that mistreats others is not something I would desire.
I have worked with Jonathan and Prime Manhattan for nearly 20 years. Jonathan is not only a broker, he is our valued advisor. We have done five leases with him and wouldn't consider using anyone else.
