Worst clinic I have ever been to. They constantly mess up my appointments, double-book, and then claim they “called me, but I didn’t answer.” This is not the first time this has happened. The technician who is now working at the front desk, Saeede, has handled my appointments poorly on multiple occasions. One time, I actually drove all the way to the clinic after my appointment was scheduled, only to be given an excuse that their machines weren’t working. Have had 2 laser sessions with them and really like the results so far. the staff is also very nice
I did microneedling at Prime Laser’s katy branch and I’m really happy with the results. After just three sessions, my dark spots faded surprisingly well — much more than I expected. The staff were professional, the clinic felt clean and comfortable, and the whole experience was great. My skin looks clearer and more even now.
