I’m not a customer but, I had to call them for a marketing research class and the person who answered just put the phone down after I told them why I called instead of responding and saying they aren’t interested or unable to help. Can’t help but feel this translates into other aspects of interacting with the spa.
The service of the Clear Lake location has been disappointing. Three of my 4 sessions (I bought 6 total) started late, one they told me the wrong time, and two wererescheduled with very little notice. This is obviously very stressful since the only time I can come is on weekdayswhen I have to leave work to come in.They offered a free session in apology when I asked for a partial refund after the 3rd session and second last minute cancellation.
