Staff is very helpful, I’m 5 sessions in on my laser and I’m seeing great results. I recommend getting a package or multiple sessions.
had an amazing experience with Rose at Project 360. From the very beginning, she was professional, welcoming, and truly attentive to my needs. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
Horrible place to get services done. I bought 9 whole body session with them and after two appointments they never scheduled my next appointment. Every time I try to schedule my next appointment, I never get a confirmation call and when I call them to confirm they will say oh your appointment is next Saturday. Incredible service, I felt super safe and well taken care of, without a doubt I will return again to continue with my treatment. Highly recommended
I’m not a customer but, I had to call them for a marketing research class and the person who answered just put the phone down after I told them why I called instead of responding and saying they aren’t interested or unable to help. Can’t help but feel this translates into other aspects of interacting with the spa.
