Absolute nightmare. Late every time, rescheduled on me same day TWICE, laser wasn’t strong enough, took 15 minutes to do whole leg, whole Brazilian and underarms, never called to schedule my last appointments. Never saw or signed a contract and they still wouldn’t do a partial refund. Total waste of money
Staff is very helpful, I’m 5 sessions in on my laser and I’m seeing great results. I recommend getting a package or multiple sessions.
had an amazing experience with Rose at Project 360. From the very beginning, she was professional, welcoming, and truly attentive to my needs. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
Horrible place to get services done. I bought 9 whole body session with them and after two appointments they never scheduled my next appointment. Every time I try to schedule my next appointment, I never get a confirmation call and when I call them to confirm they will say oh your appointment is next Saturday.
