We are very pleased with our new steps and walking paths. The initial estimate and planning was quick and matched our expectations entirely. The work crew did a great job from start to finish. The crew needed to make a slight leveling change to a couple of the steps prior to the concrete pour and they paid close attention to details and ensured the job was done correct. I was really impressed with how the expectations were set from the very first and everything was done just as expected. They are very professional, well organized, as well as competitively priced. I highly recommend this company.
Prime Lake Services (Juergen Buch) did a great job of explaining the process and options related to making a golf cart path from my home to Lake Hartwell and steps down to the lake. He worked with the US Army Corp of Engineers to get the required approvals and made the process simple. The installation was delayed until the lake receded to a level below normal pool, per the Corp's regulations. I am only giving them five stars because I can't give them more. The work they did was exceptional. It was very fairly priced and extremely well done. Where they excelled is in their knowledge and communication. I couldn't even get other contractors to come out and see the property. Prime Lake came out quickly and walked the entire lot with me. They evaluated the shoreline and gave me multiple options for solutions on the lake. They educated me on what is and isn't possible and why. Their standards are high and I know if the... read more
