The team is super awesome!! They get me in and out. They check on me regularly. They always get what I need to have the most comfortable experience. Their outstanding!!
I went to The Orlando Prime IV facility as a guest of a family member. The customer service was outstanding, felt like I’d been there a dozen times before, and although I did not partake in the hydration treatment, I was treated more like a client than a visitor. Michelle and Joshua even treated me to a complimentary chair massage treatment.
. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction. He did not try to sell me products I did not need.
Prime iv was extremely professional, the nurses were very knowledgeable on everything and they answered all of my questions. They made me feel so confident that I chose the right place to go for my IVs.
