I am disappointed and annoyed. I wanted to try a new experience with my boyfriend. We had no prior knowledge of how a place like this works, and told the staff this multiple times when asked what brought us in. Each step of the way I had to ask “what are we doing?” “What should I expect?” “How does this work?” It felt like pulling teeth to get information. Nothing was really explained when I asked and no one seemed to have the same information. It was a very inefficient and (in the end) uncomfortable process
Best place ever! They took the best care of me and my husband and were very welcoming! The massage chairs are the best!
