Staff was great. I believe the receptionist name was Kai - really liked her disposition and patience, she took good care of us. Cannot recall the name of the Nurse who attended but she was also professional, knowledgeable and kind. Fantastic experience, left feeling so much better than when I walked in. Keep up the great work!
Firstly, this place smelled like my vet's on a bad day. I had to walk through the entire facility before I could find someone ro help me. Literally, politely but having to call Hello? multiple times before finding someone. Then I was told I would have to pay a $25 fee for a teleheath doc visit before they would even think about helping me. I just needed saline with vitamins. I've been getting IVs for over a decade without this debacle.
