First time getting an IV outside of the ER. This was such a wonderful experience! Everyone was friendly and made me feel safe. When I usually get a needle placed it takes several tries and they got it on the first try completely hassle free. The room I was in was relaxing and had a massage chair. They also had a warmed up cozy blanket for me to use. I 100% will be going back!
Prime IV is like a spa experience. I fell asleep in the massage chair. So comfy, in a dark room with a minky blanket. The staff is amazing with great customer service skills and communication. Emerald checked me in and was genuinely concerned for me. I now feel great. I can’t recommend highly enough!
I was supper nervous to come in here. After coming in I will be back. The staff are extremely friendly and happy to answer any and all questions you have. They made the entire experience calm and reassuring. If you are health conscious and need a break from everything, here is definitely where you need to be. Alright I had to add an update to this. I had a couple IV drips and 3 injections and they were great! The massage chair was very relaxing and the injections did not hurt at all. The both times the IV was placed without any issues. I had a great experience overall! Would recommend it!
