I had an amazing experience today at Prime IV. All of the staff there were so friendly and kind. Highly suggest checking it out.
LeeAnn and the staff were awesome she took care of me. They are caring and naturing, they make me feel at home and at ease

After the Centennial location closed without notice, I happened to walk into this location, and they welcomed me with open arms. Even offered a discount since my credits and shots were lost, and they were so hospitable.
Horrific business practices & false advertising. They decided to yell at me on the phone while I'm already in excruciating migraine pain. Falsely advertised pricing then wanted to charge me 3xs the amount. I showed them the pricing in writing on their own handouts and they had the audacity to say I'm confused & lying. My husband was able to back me up as he witnessed all interactions, then as well as now on the phone. The way they treat disabled people here is absolutely abysmal.
