I was dehydrated to the point of passing out and someone told me about you. I was traveling to Spokane from my home in Montana and was so relieved you took walk-ins! The front desk was so friendly and helpful and got me through the check-in phase quickly. My nurse got my IV in on the first try, which is so rare. I started to feel so much better almost immediately! I tell everyone it was a miracle and I would recommend Prime IV and Hydration to anyone and everyone! Thank you for making a scary situation so much better!
I have been doing IV therapy with Prime IV hydration and wellness for over a year, and I can honestly say it's become a regular part of my self-care routine. The moment you walk in, the environment feels upscale, clean, and calming. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable, with no wait times, and results you can feel. The memberships offer great value, and their treatments are customizable to your specific goals.
Nice, clean, cozy facility. Valerie took the time to explain to me all the various options for my unique health goals. She made sure I was comfortable and delivered excellent service. Can whole heartedly recommend for anyone looking to optimize their wellness.
Great staff who are extremely kind and explained all products fully. The atmosphere is also great! Very calm. The only change I would recommend is to ask all guests NOT to talk on their phones or use foul language while conversing on their phone. Due to the nature of this place, it really is not appropriate for people to be talking on their phones...ruins the vibe.
It's great experience I've been there twice and I'm hooked.
