I had my first visit to Prime IV and from the second I walked in it felt so warm and welcoming thanks to their lovely receptionist. She greeted my husband and I with a warm towel and fresh water. She was also able to give us information on some of the offerings they had displayed upfront. She was so kind. Speaking on that, there isn’t anyone there that wasn’t super kind and comforting. Your clinicians there are the best. Supportive, professional, empathetic, patient and want them best for the clients coming in. A bag of fluids always makes me feel better.
