From the moment I called to the moment I walked into the door, I felt welcomed by everyone. The staff is so warm and friendly. The facility is beautiful and clean. I'm having such a hard time with morning sickness right now and needed fluids. I felt so cared for and was impressed with the suggestions and knowledge of the staff. They gave my family a private room so we could all be together and be comfortable. I can’t say enough good about this place. Thank you.
Had the best experience at Prime IV! I walked in, feeling very nauseous and not being able to hold anything down. Left feeling like a whole new person. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

Had an absolutely great experience at Prime IV in Florence. Staff was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the door. Very relaxing atmosphere. I will be back soon for another IV I am already looking forward to it.
