Visited the NE heights NM location for the first time today (was previously a member at the Papillion, Nebraska location). My nurse, Kylie, was wonderful—kind, friendly, and highly competent. 5 stars for her! I was however very disappointed with the receptionist (I believe her name was Stephanie??). She was noticeably unfriendly, appeared unsure of her responsibilities, and left multiple people standing in the lobby without acknowledging them. Awesome place, awesome staff. Didn’t even feel when Brianna poked me.
They are amazing, skilled and knowledgeable. From the front staff to the nurses in the back I always feel comfortable and relaxed.
