Extremely disappointed is an understatement. I held off on this review, but now I’m not. For my appt May 23rd 2025 it was mess. I showed up for my appt at 9 am, and arrived to see a sign on the door that said closed until 11, even though they had just called me on the 22nd to confirm.. I tried calling, no answer but I left a voicemail (that was never returned or acknowledged). I called another location, no help. Very friendly, professional and informative staff. Everyone at the Volvo Pkwy. location was very helpful. The IV drip was ez pz. I thoroughly enjoyed the massage chair as well. I will definitely return for more IV therapy next month. I left there feeling great, better than I expected. More energy better focus and clarity. I loved it.
Went for my second infusion today and I can feel myself starting to improve. Im so thankful for the staff at Prime IV for their guidance and support throughout this process. They are helping me feel better again 💓
