I had an amazing experience at Prime IV! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. The spa is spotless, relaxing, and has such a calming atmosphere. This was the best experience we were looking last minute and they took us in and treated us so well! We got put in a private room and walked through everything with full transparency. I recommend 100%. Mattiie took care of us since we walked in the door and kept checking on us the whole time.
Mattie was wonderful!! Truly an amazing experience here and would come back in a heart beat. They made us feel so comfortable and gave us the private room for our friend who needed a drip. So accommodating. Highly recommend!
Feel amazing even during the drip! And I hate needles but I love how I feel after the drip and massage chair!
