Quit a 7 year job to come work at this Company/Prime Inc. only to get fired 14 months later for accusation from a Non white Driver of Discrimination. Never spoke to the guy on phone. NO questions asked from my side, nothing.. The Company/HR office didn't have the nerve to tell me in person they called me on my day off. Could be a good place to work if they had Structure.. was with the company for almost 5yrs as a driver, fleet manager was kyle walk , great fleet manager and person in whole , prime is family and not a babysitter to grown people, there are those that want to be go getters and those who claim to be, Prime is a Excellent company and anyone who says different is probably the one that claim to be a go getter, i encourage anyone to come here and work and see for themselves, Im on my way back, Love the Company and the people !!!!!! I have been here almost 3 years and I was a smoker when I started and am still a smoker. As for taking my $ they haven't taken anything that they haven't tripled. I LOVE IT HERE!

Prime would be a terrible place to work. They discriminate against their employees and potential employees. My husband recently applied for a job there and they wouldn't even look at his application because he is a smoker. That is like saying they wouldn't hire someone because of the color of their skin. If that is not discrimination; I don't know what is.

bad company to work they just take your money and not care any thing about poeple
