Terrible misrepresentation hotel was completely under renovation. Was locked in at night. Website said continental breakfast and was given a gas station breakfast sandwich and a thrown together bag of food. Was told when I booked I could arrange payment for rest of stay and got a call at work that my things were being packed up if I didn’t pay them right away.

Great place , I decided to stay 2 nights lol, good front desk service. Only complaint would be the minimal parking, it's under ground which was nice,and that they were under renovation, no signage up to find the hotel.They still served a bagged breakfast due to Renos, it was ok. Definitely recommend a stay ,price was definitely right. Oh and they actually had a couple water bottles in the fridge for ya, that was nice.

I was not advised when booking that it is under renovations and there is no easy direct access to street, signage was minimal and hotel was difficult to find. Also no street parking, on site restraunt, public washrooms are not available when checking in.

Place was absolutely beautiful! Super friendly staff. But being on the main road downtown was alot of noise all day and night.

The hotel was a gong show. They totally misrepresented the state of the hotel on Expedia. Damaged furniture, baseboards were damaged, whole hotel was undergoing a massive reno. Website promised breakfast, no breakfast because the entire lobby was torn up 🙄
