Hotel is under renovation. No restaurant in building. Photos are not accurate. Rooms are clean and staff are extremely helpful. Overall a good place to stay for the price. Heated under ground parking a great bonus for winter months. I would stay again for sure. Once renovations are complete should be a very good hotel. My rating is based on pre-reno, please judge for yourself. Never take anyone's opinion, without investigating yourself.
The rooms are fairly nice however staff need to be educated on the Alberta laws relating to service animals and to have their policies updated to match what the Alberta human rights code is as well as the blind person's Rights Act relating to guide dogs. I was forced to change my room without my consent solely because I have a guide dog.
