Excellent in every way and service above expectations. Scott Wilke and the team at Prime Home Upkeep have transformed the landscaping at our Condominium Association and earned a five star review along with some very happy home owners.
Seems like they don't pay suppliers. Prime Home Upkeep completed a siding project for my HOA, but now a year later I have a mechanics lien from ABC supply claiming they were never paid by Prime Home Upkeep. So now I'm paying more in order to sell my home. I guess if you want to spend time in court and fight trumped up liens, get work done by them.
I will never consider giving my business to Prime Home Upkeep again. At 30 minutes past the inspection appointment time, they texted me (after I already reached out to them to ask if the appointment was still happening) and said they were running 30 minutes behind. I had to cancel and reschedule to the next day. At this appointment, they told me my quote would be ready by end of day tomorrow (Friday). It was not ready. Prime Home Upkeep are magnificent. Everyone is trustworthy. Their work is impeccable. I won’t use any one else’s. You just don’t know who some of these people are wanting to do services. I am completely sold on this company for everything I need done. Every employee is awesome and polite
