I have no idea how this place has a 4.9 rating. Their lawn people are good. Snow removal last year (2024-2025 season) was awful. And this season on the day of the large snowfall (11-28-25) they sent an email saying they were no longer doing snow removal. I had made other plans, but that is horrible customer service. Oddly a review from 3 weeks ago said they did great snow removal. Someone is writing fake reviews. I did notice one 5 star review was written by their owner. Installed our lights perfectly & efficiently. Very pleasant to work. with. Arrived later than initially intended time which was not a problem. Would just have appreciated an updated arrival time.
Excellent in every way and service above expectations. Scott Wilke and the team at Prime Home Upkeep have transformed the landscaping at our Condominium Association and earned a five star review along with some very happy home owners.
