Prime Home Solutions was fantastic from start to finish. Brent was incredibly helpful and communicative every step of the way, and the rest of the team was right there with me too, answering questions and keeping things on track. What really stood out was how well the whole process was coordinated, from the initial consultation through the install, all the way to the final coordination with PG&E. Nothing fell through the cracks and I never had to chase anyone down for updates. I couldn't be happier with how it all went. High... read more
We were not aware that our solar inverter was malfunctioning until receiving the "True Up" bill. I contacted the original company who installed the system and they were unresponsive and ultimately too outrageous in their repair cost and trip time. Since installation almost a year ago, I've reached out to him a few times and he's always been... read more
I recently had my solar and battery system installed by Prime Home Solutions. I cannot say enough about this company and their owner Brent. First, the solar and battery system are performing flawlessly. Second, I was trying to beat the pre 2026 deadline and Brent came through, delivering on his promises. Last and most importantly, Brent stood by his original quote even when costly changes were required by the county. I am so so impressed by this company. I would refer them to any of my friends and family without hesitation. ... read more
