5 Stars! Let me start out by saying a couple of things. First the work we required was a complete reroofing, but also a complete gutter and downspouts, and attic insulation. Number two: get as many estimates as possible. Lastly, be careful when you select the company you have checked out their reviews. Case in point, the first company we "thought" we were going with had an estimate 65% higher than the next highest estimate. Now the good news: we selected Prime Home Remod for the job. Not interested in a company that goes from 65k pricing down to 35k in the snap of a finger. You guys would have been thrilled if I spent 65k on work - but follow up with a price thats 50% lower than originally offered in order to lock in a deal. Not a fan of that at all - when all that tells me is that you guys are trying to see what margin you can pull from each customer, rather than offering consistent pricing.
