We had our roof replacement by Prime in Grand Blanc. The job was outstanding. Josh was available to answer all our questions and the crew was very professional. We had gotten other quotes before but we felt comfortable with Josh and his crew. 5 star recommendation.

I hired Josh Kroll owner of Prime Home Remod in the beginning of March 2024 to install a roof, windows, siding and gutters. This has truly been one of the worst and most frustrating experiences of my entire life. Josh used subcontractors who were terrible at their jobs and didn’t follow manufacturer guidelines or standard practice. Had he stopped by to do the job I hired him to do as a general contractor all of these issues could’ve been resolved as they arose. We had a window replacement by Prime and the service was great. The window fits perfectly and the installation was quick and smooth. The installers were very professional and friendly.
Great customer service and communication with Josh. Before, during and after roof work. Crew was well organized and efficient they performed clean up as they went along
