Awesome experience working with them as they assisted with navigating an insurance claim for wind damage driven roof replacement, very knowledgeable and explain the details of going through the process in a clear and transparent manner. Awesome customer service starting with the sales representative Tayron Cisco and the project team completing the project from start to finish! The crew was very professional and ensured things were covered to prevent any damage to property. Thoroughly cleaned up and hauled away old shingles as they replaced with new shingles. Fantastic team from sales to project delivery. The team at prime roofing worked with us to update our outdated aluminum siding to vinyl. Every member of the team has been great in communicating through the process, checking to ensure we were satisfied with the work and working around our schedules to complete the job.
