This is a company that has a great deal of expertise in HOA management and awesome service. Jaime and Brian are great to work with and provide a premium service that I recommend to anyone in HOA. It allows us to put our units in the hands of those that know what they are doing :)
Can’t fix a water heater huh?
If I could choose "no star", I would because this company doesn't even deserve 1 star. They should stick to apartment management and not try to manage condo associations. If you're looking for HOA condo management, look elsewhere. You have many choices but this company is the worst.
We are happy to have this company to manage our building. The account manager is very knowledgeable and resourceful in dealing with HOA issues. Highly recommend this company.
