We are a very complex building with a lot of moving parts. We have a lot of elderly people at the building that need a lot of attention. The team at Prime has been so helpful with our community.

So much better than Silvercreek. I can't begin to tell you how bad they were. At least Prime responds in a reasonable amount of time.
If you want your money to disappear, only to have Prime harass you for being “past due”, then by all means, choose Prime. I have indisputable proof of all HOA dues sent, received, and cashed by this subpar company, and yet they continue to email me nasty notices. I can hardly wait to replace them as our HOA “management” company. Oh - and did I mention they never answer their phone or reply to emails? Feel free to check out their complaints on the Better Business Bureau website. Eye opening!
Our HOA Suffered from poor management for many years. Prime has been responsive to our needs and has helped us get back on track.
