Lakiv Kvachov was great. He was at our house all day installing a heat pump so we have A/C. He did a professional job and I’d recommend his services.
The Prime team is top notch! I reached out late Tuesday night for an estimate to replace my furnace, Sergei came by Wednesday to take a look, and by Friday afternoon we had a new furnace! They went above and beyond on the install and the new unit is quiet and capable. I highly recommend them and will be calling again for future projects! I couldn’t ask for better service and follow-through.
Great service. Always on time with delivery and installation. Also he didn’t change the price when small adjustments or modifications were required. Serghei was always available and on track to keep the commitments of the deal , even when we were slow or had to adjust due to other factors of the project. Big Thank you to Serghei and his team
I had an old furnace replaced. Iakiv was very professional efficient and pleasant. The price was below the estimate which was already a very good price.
